Not sure what you need? Our event professionals can walk you through tent capacities, seating arrangements, difficult event obstacles, and anything else you feel like you don’t have an answer for. We can tell you what size tent you need, how to best fit it in your space, and the best possible layout for the entire event. We love to answer questions so feel free to ask!

After you’ve settled on what you need for your event, we will build a custom quote. Our quotes are broken down in line item form so that you can see the price of each item and adjust the quantities to be sure you stay in budget. We usually send the quote the same day or the day after. Booking is simple! You can sign our contract and pay the deposit/balance right through email.

Once the deposit is paid, we are at your service. If you need to change the quantities or update your order, just give us a call or send an email. We ask that all orders are finalized 5 days before the event when the final balance is due.

We will work with you to determine the best delivery time for both you and us. We typically deliver 1-3 days before the event depending on the rental and how busy our delivery schedule is that week. Our professional installation crews will ensure that everything in your order is delivered and set-up safely and to your specifications. Tent installations typically take 1-4 hours that varies based on the size of the tent and the added accessories. We’ll get your final approval before we leave and you’ll be all set to have a perfect event!

Should anything go wrong, we are always just a phone call away! We will do whatever is necessary to ensure that your event exceeds your expectations and that the rental items are in proper and working order all the way through the end of the event.

We typically tear down events the day after it has ended. We will completely remove all Magnolia Tent Company items and notify you if anything is missing or damaged.
