Rentals are typically three days-one day for set up, day of the event, and one day for tear down. If your event is on a Saturday, we typically set up on Friday and tear down on Monday, giving you two full days of rental for the price of one. This is of course subject to our delivery and rental schedule. Items can be rented for longer than 1-3 days but are subject to our weekly and monthly rates.

All of our rental items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some events may book as much as a year in advance. Popular dates may be fully booked months in advance. Contact our sales staff as early as possible to ensure the best availability for your event.

Our main office and warehouse is in Meridian, Mississippi at 504 Hwy 19N.

Our primary service area is East Mississippi and West Alabama. We regularly service these cities and their surrounding regions: Meridian, Collinsville, Marion, Newton, Union, Decatur, Forest, Quitman, Laurel, Philadelphia, Bay Springs, Waynesboro, Macon, Dekalb, Starkville, Louisville, Hattiesburg, Jackson, Demopolis, Butler, Lisman, Pennington, Linden, Tuscaloosa, Livingstone, York.
We will travel to areas further out depending on the size and duration of the order. Please contact us to inquire about your area.

Changes can be made up to 5 days before the event so long as we have the items in inventory. Major changes (i.e. Tent cancellation) cannot be made within 15 days of the event without being charged a penalty.

We accept all major credit cards and checks. We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book your rental items. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Magnolia Tent Company requires a credit card to be kept on file for incidentals and damage charges should our items not be returned in their proper condition.

We typically try to deliver all items the day before the event. We require a four-hour window for delivery-someone must be available to show our delivery team where the items are to go. We have a $250 minimum order to be eligible for delivery.

Frame tents can be set on almost any surface. Even if stakes can’t be driven, we have concrete ballasts to help anchor them. Pole tents must be set up on a surface that enables us to drive stakes. (Concrete surfaces are not suitable for pole tents)

No! Our MTC Team is fully staffed to set up and tear down your rental items. Just sit back, relax, and leave it to us!

Smaller items such as tables, chairs, linens, etc. can be picked up from our shop, allowing you to save on the delivery fee. Tents, dance floors, stages, inflatables, etc. must be delivered and set-up by our Magnolia Team. We have a $100 minimum order, including those that are picked up from our shop.

This is something we evaluate on a case by case basis, but we are prepared to make every effort necessary to make sure your event runs smoothly - regardless of the weather.

To ensure availability of all services and products, deposits are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies: 61 days prior: no cancellation fee 60 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable) 30 days prior: 50% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable) 15 days prior: 100% of contract total, and your deposit will not be refunded Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.

Our inflatable waterslides and bounce house combos can be rented daily during the week or on the weekend. For a weekday rental, we will deliver the day before and pick up the day after the event. For weekend rentals, we will deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday.
